One of the biggest concerns I hear about people recreating in remote areas is the fear that they or someone in their group will get injured. While that is always a risk in adventure sports, it shouldn't stop you! Join me for a FREE, non-certification awareness course for wilderness first aid. We will cover basic wilderness first aid techniques and skills, talk about legal considerations, and will have tons of time to answer your questions in a live Q&A. 

I have been an instructor since 2010 and am a Wilderness EMT with a ton of hands-on practice working years in remote areas. I am also a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and a PhD student in Nutrition. So you know you are getting information from someone who has experience in the classroom and the field and understands the bigger picture. 

There will also be a shameless plug for those of you interesting in a formal certification class for CPR and Wilderness First Responder courses. I have been given authorization to offer remote classes and video skills verification because of my experience, so be prepared to grow your skills!
